The app provides destinations, routes, travel intentions, saved content and interactions, contacts, teams and companion communications through its four main areas. Availability follows actual versions, permissions, network and configuration.
Maps are for route browsing, not live navigation. Suggested dates, duration and budgets are references, not price or availability guarantees. An intention is not an order, place reservation or trip confirmation. This version does not provide transport/accommodation booking or online payments.
2. Accounts and security
Register and sign in using legally held or authorised information. Do not impersonate others, trade accounts, register maliciously or evade security checks. The Android travel edition connects automatically without a manually supplied company code.
Protect passwords, codes, tokens and devices. Change credentials, manage sessions and contact us if an account is compromised. Credential-based operations do not automatically exclude operator liability.
3. Travel information and offline arrangements
Destinations, routes, pictures, budgets and itineraries support independent planning. Check transport, weather, openings, costs, local requirements and personal fitness before departure. Display names, avatars or content do not certify identity, qualifications or offline performance.
You choose companions, transport, accommodation and arrangements and should protect private itinerary/contact details. The operator remains responsible for its legally required duties.
4. Conduct
- Do not create or circulate unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, obscene, violent, harassing, defamatory or infringing content.
- Do not impersonate, spam, market abusively or unlawfully obtain/disclose another person’s information; do not use teams/messages for unlawful activities.
- Do not distribute malware, attack services, obtain unauthorised data or bypass access protections.
- Only send or publish lawfully sourced content with required authorisations.
- Use reporting, feedback or contact channels. The operator may lawfully warn, restrict or remove content, suspend services and preserve necessary records, with appropriate explanations and appeal channels.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you lawfully own. You authorise necessary display, transmission, storage, sync, preview, downloads and notification to fulfil your requests, for the necessary scope and period, without changing ownership.
Software, interfaces, brand, documents and technology belong to the operator or lawful owners. Unauthorised copying, resale or unlawful modification/distribution is prohibited except as permitted by law. Report infringements with content location, necessary ownership proof and contact details.
6. Privacy and third parties
See the privacy policy and SDK list for data, permissions, background notifications, withdrawal and deletion. Optional permissions can be refused without preventing unrelated features.
Independent third-party pages, files and services have their own rules. We assist within our responsibilities and do not exclude statutory duties merely because third parties are involved.
7. Fees and interruptions
Android downloads and unpriced basic functions do not separately charge personal users. Network operators and independent services follow their own charges. Any new paid functions will disclose prices and terms for confirmation before use.
Maintenance, networks, devices, security incidents or third-party failures can affect service. Reasonable recovery measures apply, without excluding statutory responsibility or promising permanent error-free operation or travel outcomes. Material service changes will be notified.
8. Sign-out, deletion and termination
Avatar on a main tab → right-hand My drawer → Sign out at the bottom. Use Delete account at the bottom and follow confirmation to cancel an account; linked services may become unavailable. Review notices before confirming. Sign-out is not deletion.
My → Privacy settings → Withdraw consent signs out, stops relevant entry points and closes the app. Reopen to read and choose again. Prior lawful processing is not invalidated. Contact us if in-app controls are unavailable.
Lawful restrictions for violations or security concerns follow appropriate notices, appeals and data-handling measures; legally retained information is restricted to necessary purposes.
9. Minors and updates
Minors need guardian guidance; under-14 personal-information services require guardian consent and special legal protection.
Legal, product or operational changes may update the dated agreement. Material changes to rights/obligations receive appropriate notice and confirmation. Chinese prevails over this convenience translation without reducing statutory rights.
10. Law, disputes and contact
Mainland Chinese law applies. Contact us to seek resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court under applicable law. An invalid provision does not invalidate other effective provisions.
